Shard Art

Shard art is a technique painting with a broken colored glass called frit. Shard means broken pieces or fragments. These pieces come in a variety of sizes from fine to coarse, depending on the effect of light refraction. This method is dangerous and one should use caution in not only painting with it, but also touching it afterwards.
